Honor, the renowned Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, made waves earlier this year with the launch of its Honor X5 smartphone. Now, exciting reports have surfaced, revealing the company’s plan to introduce an enhanced version of the phone, called the Honor X5 Plus. Ahead of its official release, the upcoming Honor X5 Plus has already gained certification from the TDRA authority, solidifying its launch in the United Arab Emirates.

The TDRA certification confirms the phone’s legitimacy, assigning it the equipment registration number ER22450/23, with certification validity extending until the 17th of July 2023. The smartphone, identified by the model number WOD-LX2, has undergone thorough testing and evaluation to meet the necessary standards.
Although the TDRA listing doesn’t disclose all the details, recent leaks have shed light on some of the specifications that consumers can look forward to in the Honor X5 Plus. The smartphone is expected to boast the MediaTek Helio G36 chipset, equipped with eight ARM Cortex A53 cores, clocked at an impressive 2.2 GHz.
