New Honor MagicBook X14 and X16 2023 laptops to launch in India – Everything You Need to Know
The budget Honor MagicBook laptops have slowly and steadily penetrated budget laptop users in India, so, to target the budget audience, Honor will again partner with Amazon India to bring 2023 MagicBook X14 and X16 laptops.
However, these are not the “actual 2023” variants you know with 13th Gen Intel processors, but in India, they will be equipped with older 12th Gen CPUs to keep the prices affordable. On the Amazon India teaser page, almost all of the specs of these upcoming laptops have been revealed and here is all you need to know:
Honor MagicBook X14 and X16 Specifications
Honor will unveil new MagicBook X14 and X16 2023 laptops with 14 and 16-inch FHD 16:10 displays, covering up to 100% sRGB color gamut and a peak brightness of up to 300 nits. Also, the display comes with a Blue Light filter for working long hours and it looks good in 2023 also.
The laptop comes powered with a 12th-Gen Intel Core i5 processor (12450H), and Nahimic immersive gaming audio. These laptops have a metal unibody, thin bezels, and a fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button.
The overall design is quite similar to the predecessor Honor MagicBooks, however, the bezels will be sleeker this time around. The full-sized backlit keyboard includes an independent number pad, while stereo speakers deliver superior sound quality.
These new laptops will come coupled with 8GB and 16GB LPDDR4x RAM and pack 512GB SSD storage with dual SSD slots for expansion. The laptops are equipped with a cooling fan for heat dissipation and feature Honor Device Clone for easy migration. The 60WHr battery unit supports 65W fast charging via USB-C port.
