Honor GT is the newest gaming-oriented smartphone to join the company’s lineup, which launched in China on 16 December. Featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, it has up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. The phone also packs a 5,300mAh battery and supports 100W wired charging. As for taking photos, the Honor GT features a dual rear camera system, with a 50-megapixel primary camera along with a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies.

The Honor GT starts at CNY 2,199 (approximately ₹25,000) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model. The other configurations, including the 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 512GB models, are priced at CNY 2,399 (roughly ₹29,000) and CNY 2,899 (around ₹32,000), respectively. The highest-end variant with 16GB of RAM and 1TB storage is priced at CNY 3,299 (around ₹38,000). The phone is available in Aurora Green, Ice White, and Phantom Black colors.

The Honor GT is a dual-SIM device that runs MagicOS 9.0, based on Android 15, and features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display (1,200×2,664 pixels) with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,200nits peak brightness. Its engine is an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, mated to the Adreno 750 GPU, with up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage. For efficient thermal management, the phone comes with a vapor chamber cooling system as well.

For optics, the Honor GT has a 50-megapixel wide-angle primary camera with an f/1.95 aperture and OIS, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle macro lens, and a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies. Connectivity options are Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, and a USB Type-C port. Biometric authentication on the device is also taken care of by an in-display fingerprint sensor, and the device is rated IP65 for dust and splash resistance. The Honor GT’s 5,300mAh battery supports 100W fast charging, capable of charging the battery from 0 to 60% in just 15 minutes. The phone weighs 196 grams and measures 161×74.2×7.7mm.
