Honda appears to have kicked off 2023 with a bang with the release of the Honda City Facelift. The Japanese manufacturer intends to maintain its lead in the mid-size sedan segment by introducing segment-first features such as ADAS. Honda is offering the BS6 RDE-compliant new City and e:HEV, as well as Honda Sensing ADAS technology and a three-year unlimited-kilometre warranty.
Customers can also choose between an extended warranty of up to 5 years and an anytime warranty of up to 10 years from the date of purchase. The 2023 Honda City e:HEV comes with an 8-year/160,000-kilometer lithium-ion battery warranty.
Honda’s ICE-powered City Facelift now includes ADAS Sensing Suite. ADAS was previously only available in hybrid e:HEV variants. Honda offers ADAS starting with the V trim, which is the second base model, with the ICE City facelift. Because of this City V trim, it is now the most affordable car with ADAS.
