Hezirdan Ramadani, better known as Kiza Ramadani, started his coaching career in 1999 and won the Serbia and Montenegro Cup with FK Zelenik. He worked in Thailand with Scott Cooper at FC Ubon Ratchathani, whom they got promoted from the third division Thai league to the first division.

Kiza also led the Philippine national team alongside Cooper, where the duo won the most points in the history of the Philippines’ appearance at the Qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup.

“After many years of successful work with Scott Cooper, I agreed with his proposal and invitation to accept the offer for Jamshedpur FC because we believe that the club is very well organized, and has very high quality at all levels, both in terms of human resources and in the playing staff,” Ramadani said.

“We sincerely believe that we can win the Indian Super League, which is a big challenge for us and an incentive to give our best. I look forward to my arrival, all the challenges ahead and the future success of Jamshedpur FC.”

Jamshedpur FC Head Coach Scott Cooper also had some very kind words for his Assistant Coach: “Kiza has been my long-term assistant and we work closely and effectively together and always have. Ours is a relationship built on trust and a shared drive to succeed. Kiza comes with huge experience and His tactical and technical knowledge is a huge advantage for Jamshedpur and all players will benefit greatly from his vast football abilities. He will be absolutely vital to the team and will prove to be a critical part of the team.”

Joining Ramadani is Dragan Draskovic. Dragan started working as a Coach from 2009 at FK Lovćen in Montenegro till the year 2018. During that period, the club won multiple trophies including the National Cup in the 2013-14 season. He was also a Coach with the U19 Montenegrin National Team around this time.

From 2018 to 2022, Dragan began coaching at FK Podgorica, where the club attained fourth place in the league and played in the qualification for the UEFA Europa Conference League.

“I am very happy to be a member of this club,” Draskovic said.

“I heard a lot of nice things about the club, the fans and the city. I had the opportunity to watch some matches of the Indian Super League, where I saw that there were a lot of quality players.”

“Dragan is a highly rated GK Coach who has worked at the top level around the world,” Scott Cooper said.

“His abilities will greatly benefit our talented and experienced goalkeepers. Dragan is a diligent, humble and hardworking professional who will bring so much value to our club.”
