Here’s the list of major “AAA” titles announced at Gamescom 2021

Gamescom 2021 is in full swing and on the Future Games Show, which was hosted by GameRadar+ we saw many announcements and updates regarding some of the most anticipated indie and “AA” games hitting the market.

We don’t see much attention garnered by Indie titles as same as the “AAA” projects however, the titles announced at Gamescom are amazing. However, it’s not an easy feat to still the thunder from the “AAA” listers and we have some much-antiicpated title announcements during the Open Night Live Gamescom 2021.

Halo Infinite:

Halo Infinite represents the next chapter of Halo’s storied journey, and everything we’ve seen from 343 Industries recently shows that Halo Infinite has what it takes to be an incredible game filled with wonder, adventure, and more.

The game had many technical delays and COVID-19 also impacted the release of the title however, we are finally back in business.

Saints Row

The Saints Row has always been treated as a cheap rip-off of Grand Theft Auto, however, in recent years, the Saints Row games have fallen out of favor as they drift farther from what made them special in the first place.

But, it’s time for resurrection, as we have now a  Saints Row reboot game announced during Gamescom 2021.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns

Marvel’s Midnight Suns are brought from the creators of XCOM, and the game explores the story of a brand-new customizable superhero. It will be a tactical RPG, however, there aren’t many details released on gameplay or what the final product from the studio will look like. For now, the information we know is that the cast will be featuring popular Marvel characters like Iron Man, Ghost Rider, Dr. Strange, and more.

Horizon Forbidden West

finally the most anticipated game on the PlayStation, the Horizon Forbidden West was confirmed at the Opening Night Live Event and will be hitting the console on February 18, 2022.

Death Stranding Director’s Cut

Death Stranding is one of the more unique games for PlayStation and PC, and the game will be expanded even further than its original version with a ton of new content, quality-of-life improvements, and more. We got to see the  Death Stranding Directors with an extended preview trailer that showed us all the major changes coming in the new edition of the game.

Call of Duty: Vanguard

the new Call of Duty game will come at the end of 2021 and during Opening Night Live, Activision showed nearly 10 minutes of uninterrupted gameplay footage from its single-player campaign. And believe me, the new title easily differentiates itself from the increasingly competitive first-person shooter genre.

Split gate

this will be a free-to-play multiplayer shooter and the game open beta has blown away the minds of players with its Halo-Esque combat and Portal-like gameplay mechanics.

Season 0 of the game will be bringing in a ton of new content to Splitgate, and the most notable will be a new Battle Pass that can be purchased and completed for a wide variety of in-game rewards.
