[FC Barcelona](https://www.fcbarcelona.com/en/)‘s smart management has helped the club secure one of the best signings in this season and in these dying moments Barça have managed to grab hold of Sergino Dest replacement as the US International [will join AC Milan on loan](https://technosports.co.in/2022/09/01/sergino-dest-to-join-milan-on-loan-u/) with an option to buy.

> Hector Bellerín to Barcelona, here we go! Been told it’s all agreed, one year contract with NO option for further season. Bellerín will sign until June 2023 in the next hours. 🚨🔵🔴 [#FCB](https://twitter.com/hashtag/FCB?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) [#DeadlineDay](https://twitter.com/hashtag/DeadlineDay?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw)

Now, to make up that spot you do have Sergi Roberto but Xavi doesn’t count on him for big games, so, the Arsenal right-back Héctor Bellerín has been the number one choice to get for free. Yes, the Barça board have managed to land the Spanish right-back to Camp Nou for no transfer fee as his contract has been terminated by mutual consent with Arsenal.

## Hector Bellerín to FC Barcelona: Is it a good deal?

As Fabrizio Romano mentions, Hector Bellerín will sign a new contract until June 2023 with NO option for a future season, a smart deal for the Blaugranas so that the club won’t have to pay more if somehow this move doesn’t work out. Now, getting a 27-year-old international for free that too for only one season in obligation is a good deal obviously.

> ❗️ Bellerín will have a €3.5m net salary at Barça. [[@gerardromero](https://twitter.com/gerardromero?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw)] [#fcblive](https://twitter.com/hashtag/fcblive?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) 🇪🇸

However, if Bellerín somehow revamps his form under Xavi then this will be mutually good for the player and the club as the World Cup is near. With just 3.5 million euros net pay at [Barça](https://www.fcbarcelona.com/en/)this seems to be a steal for the club which had been desperate to sign a right-back but not have to spend much money.

> Arsenal have reserved 25% of any future sale of Bellerín, and some variables based on performances (which won't cross €4m). [relevo] [#fcblive](https://twitter.com/hashtag/fcblive?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw)

Also, Arsenal will hold 25% of any future sale of the player (which won’t cross €4m) is again helpful for both clubs as Arteta also wants to offload players who he doesn’t count upon. As the deal is on deadline day, the player has to travel to the club and sign the papers before it ends, so, it’s being reported that Bellerín is on his way to the club.
