Harry Kane has surpassed Sergio Aguero in the Premier League scoring charts. The Tottenham striker is now the fourth-highest goalscorer of all-time in the English top flight with 185 to his name.
The England captain scored his 250th goal for Tottenham in their 1-0 win against Wolves. The forward nodded in a lobbed ball from Ivan Perisic, who made his first start for Spurs, to achieve the feat. Kane is now the player with the most goals for a single club in the Premier League, with his match-winner.

“It’s been a fantastic nine or 10 years in the Premier League. Hopefully many more years to go. I always love scoring,” Kane said when asked about moving past Aguero’s mark.
“We created chances and pressed better. We deserved the goal.
“Credit to the boys, they dug deep. We need to start games better. We need to improve. But the sign of a good team is winning when you don’t play at your best.”
The performance in the game was not up to the mark from Antonio Conte’s men. But Harry Kane’s record was one of the positives to come out of the match. Ivan Perisic was also quite impressive, with the veteran making the most of his opportunity to send the team to the top of the table temporarily.
