Ten weeks in, most films have long since left theatres. *Hanuman Ansh* is still going strong. The Neem Karoli Baba film has just wrapped its tenth week with yet another all-time record, and it’s rewriting what a devotional drama can do at the box office.

## What Makes This Run Special?

Look at those first two weeks. The film started with barely Rs 1 crore in total, then exploded from Week 3 onward, peaking at Rs 84.75 crore in Week 5. That’s a classic word-of-mouth success story, and it’s rare for a film to climb this steeply after such a quiet start.

The returns are also remarkable. The film is considered one of the biggest ROI winners of all time, and the makers have already announced a sequel. Several other devotional-themed films are now in production too, so it will be interesting to see whether this genre keeps its momentum.

Based on current trends, the film is heading for a lifetime finish of around Rs 325 crore, which would cap off a truly historic theatrical run.
