Google to launch the Pixel 5 Pro smartphone in the upcoming days. As of now, Google has not shared much information regarding this upcoming smartphone. Though, we’ve got some leaked images of this device recently, showing its design and some of its key specifications as well.
First of all, let’s talk about the front part. Though we can witness only a little of it, still one thing definitely shook our minds. The thing is that there is no visible selfie camera out there. So, we can expect that the Google Pixel Pro will offer an under-display selfie camera. This is the latest technology regarding front cams that we’ve seen earlier in the ZTE Axon 20 5G. If it happens, then Pixel 5 Pro will definitely put its name into the flagship segment.
Secondly, let’s go for its processor. From the images, we can see that the device has been built on Qualcomm’s Kona platform. That means the chipset could be the Snapdragon 865 or Snapdragon 865 Plus. So, there will be no SD 888 in this device. But, it is quite strange that in 2021, Google is not using the latest Qualcomm chipset to power its device, rather than it will use a comparatively older chipset. The SoC of this phone is likely to be paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
A lot of rumors are there saying about Google’s true flagship pixel device in the first quarter of 2021. We don’t know whether it will be pixel 5 Pro or something else. But looking at its under-display selfie camera technology, we can expect that this will be the true flagship from Google in Q1 2021.
