Google Stadia finally arrives on Android TV

Google Stadia is an amazing service and since its inception in November 2018, the service is gradually improving with a new list of games. Its parent company has made the service available on many platforms and the service hosts a plethora of games for its subscribers.

The service, however, is still unavailable on Google’s very own Android TV OS. However, that seems to change now, since a long we are seeing the news that Google is developing Stadia for its OS and it has now finally decided to launch the service on Android TV.

  • Onn FHD Streaming Stick and UHD Streaming Device
  • Philips 8215, 8505, and OLED 935/805 Series Android TVs
  • Xiaomi MIBOX3 and MIBOX

Google announced that users will be able to use the Stadia Controller and other Bluetooth gamepads connected directly to the Android TV. To use Stadia on Google TV, head over to the Play Store and download Stadia for Android TV. Then just go ahead and play the games that you want.

Though there are many complaints regarding the connectivity issues as well as a gameplay experience, google is still positive about the success of its streaming service. The product marketing lead of the company ensured that Google Stadia is alive and well, and they are putting their full effort into making the service even better.

It’s great news that Google decided to bring Stadia to Android TV, and hopefully, it will help to increase the subscribers of the streaming service.
