The Google Pixel Watch 2 is expected to be released by Google later this year. A few days ago, the upcoming Pixel Watch 2 was spotted at the FCC certification. According to the certification, both LTE and Wi-Fi variants of the Pixel Watch 2 will be available at launch.
The smartwatch’s name is the Google Pixel Watch 2, according to the list of supported devices on Google Play. The ad also states that the smartwatch’s codename is “eos”.
Google Pixel Watch 2 specifications [Rumored]
It will have a 383384-pixel resolution, according to the Google Play Console entry. On the software front, Wear OS 4.0 will be installed on top of Android 13 when the smartwatch first starts up. Four additional watch faces—Accessible, Arc, Analogue Bold, and Bold Digital—are rumored to be included with the smartwatch, according to the previous leak.
The smartwatch’s rendering, however, can be found in the Google Play Console listing. Looking at the rendering, it is clear that the Watch 2 will resemble the first Pixel Watch in having a circular dial and a physical button on the right side. The listing also indicates that Qualcomm’s Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 (SW5100) CPU, together with 2GB of RAM, would power the future Watch 2.
