The 2018 PlayStation game, God of War has already launched on PC with intense graphics and bringing in all the features a PC gamer has been dying to experience with the rich storyline of this PlayStation oriented franchise by Sony. We also reviewed the game with features like NVIDIA DLSS and Reflex that made the game even better on PC.

Well, Sony’s Santa Monica Studio has recently released a new update for the PC variant of the game that brings DLSS Sharpening slider and various other fixes which seems a regular job for the Studios to keep fans happy.

Here are the full Patch Notes for Update v1.0.4 for God of War:

Fixes

  • Atreus will now reset his state during restart from checkpoint or saved game should he become unresponsive.
  • Fixed some rare instances of graphics driver crashes.
  • Fixed an issue with incorrect VRAM detection on Intel XE platform.
  • Fixed an issue where the display mode setting would visually set to windowed mode when resetting display settings to default on an ultrawide monitor.
  • Fixed an issue where control functionality would be lost if opening inventory during realm travel sequence.
  • Fixed a crash that could occur at client shutdown.

Features

  • Added support for DLSS Sharpening slider.

Other Changes

  • Added additional logging to crash reports to help identify root causes of intermittent crashes.
