India just made a landmark leap in homegrown AI. Bengaluru-based **Gnani.ai** unveiled not one but three [AI](https://technosports.co.in/?s=AI) voice products at the **India AI Impact Summit 2026** — capped by the launch of **Inya VoiceOS**, the country’s first 5-billion-parameter voice-to-voice foundational AI model, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself.

## Gnani.ai’s Three AI Voice Launches at India AI Summit 2026

Unlike conventional voice AI that converts speech to text and back again, Inya VoiceOS works directly with audio — preserving tone, emotion, pacing, and even handling interruptions in real time. That’s a fundamentally different and far more natural architecture.

| Product | What It Does | Key Stat |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Inya VoiceOS** | Voice-to-voice foundational AI model | 5B parameters, 15+ Indian languages, sub-second latency |
| **Vachana TTS** | Text-to-speech with zero-shot voice cloning | 12 Indian languages, MOS score of 4.23 |
| **Vachana STT** | Enterprise speech recognition model | Trained on 1M+ hours across 1,056 domains |

All three models are built, trained, and hosted entirely within India — making Gnani.ai one of four firms selected under the **India AI Mission** to develop sovereign foundational AI for national-scale use.

## Why This Is a Big Deal for India

Gnani.ai’s Inya VoiceOS is trained on over **14 million hours of multilingual speech data** and 8 trillion text tokens, supporting 15+ Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, and more. It can handle code-mixed conversations — the way Indians actually speak — without restarting when interrupted.

Real-world use cases include government helplines, emergency response systems, bank customer service, and insurance queries — all in real time, in the caller’s language. The company already processes **10 million calls a day**, with 95th-percentile latency of just 200 milliseconds. It works with over 200 large organisations including Tata Group, Air India, HDFC Bank, Bank of Baroda, Airtel, and Hyundai.

Revenue is expected to hit ₹160 crore in FY26, up from ₹56 crore the previous year — with Samsung Venture Investment among its backers. A larger **14-billion-parameter** flagship version of Inya VoiceOS is already in development.

According to [Gnani.ai’s official website](https://www.gnani.ai/), the platform is purpose-built for India’s linguistic diversity and enterprise scale.
