JioCinema has publicized the release date of the highly-anticipated web series Taali. Fans can scratch their calendars for August 15, 2023, as the new series is available to binge-watch on this date. The web series Willpower is available in Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Malayalam, and Kannada, besides Telugu.
Cast
Marathi filmmaker Ravi Jadhav directs the series, acknowledged for producing three National Award-winning films Balgandharva. Besides, it is written by Kshitij Patwardhan, Amol Udgirkar, and Edwin Desouza. The diva- Sushmita Sen, lives the titular role in the series as Shreegauri Sawant.
It is bent by Arjun Singgh Baren and Kartik D Nishandar. Both of them are also helping as producers along with Afeefa Nadiadwala.
The series’s shoot has been underway, and it is reported that over 300 transgender will be featured in it, which is a new greatest in itself. Its filming is expected to end by December.
Plot
The plot of the web series is grounded on social activist Gauri Sawant, who has made many contributions to make society a better place for people experiencing poverty and transgender people. The series will conceal the significant events of the life and struggle of Mumbai-based transgender futuristic Gauri Sawant, currently serving as the Director of Sakhi Char Chowghi, which helps transgender people and people with HIV/AIDS.
