The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will close the GATE 2025 registration process without a late fee on September 26, 2024. Aspiring candidates for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 should complete their applications through the official website at gate2025.iitr.ac.in before the deadline. After September 26, candidates can still register with a late fee until October 7, 2024.

How to Apply for GATE 2025?

To apply for the GATE 2025 exam, follow these steps:

1. Visit the official website: gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
2. Click on the GATE 2025 registration link on the homepage.
3. A new page will open, where candidates must enter their registration details.
4. Submit the registration form and log in to your account.
5. Complete the application form by filling in your details and uploading the required documents.
6. Make the necessary payment for the application fee.
7. Submit and download the confirmation page.
8. Keep a hard copy for future reference.

Documents Needed for GATE 2025 Registration:

Candidates must have the following documents ready:

1. Recent photograph as per the guidelines in the information bulletin.
2. Signature according to the specified requirements.
3. Category certificate (SC/ST) in PDF format, if applicable.
4. PwD certificate in PDF format, if applicable.
5. Dyslexia certificate in PDF format, if applicable.
6. Valid photo ID (Aadhaar-UID preferred, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving License).

Application Fees:

• Female/SC/ST/PwD candidates: ₹900 (regular), ₹1400 (extended).
