Galatasaray have agreed a deal to sign Tanguy Ndombele and Davinson Sanchez from Tottenham as part of a double deal. The two clubs have reached an agreement over a fee worth €10-15 million including add-ons.Â
The medical tests have also been scheduled for the Colombian in his native country and will need to be cleared ahead of the transfer. Once he has passed the assessment, he will be signing a four-year contract with the Turkish champions until 2027.Â
With Eric Dier, Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven available for Ange Postecoglou, the Colombian would not have had many chances to play. As a result, he has been moved on in an attempt to trim the bloated squad and raise funds as well.
Davinson Sanchez and Tanguy Ndombele to sign for Galatasaray in double deal
Ndombele has signed for the Turkish side on a loan deal with the option to make it permanent. The midfielder has been left out of the plans of the squad and is now spending a third straight season on loan.
The 26-year-old was loaned back to Lyon after he signed for Spurs and failed to gain form in London. He was then loaned to Napoli last season but played a peripheral role as they won the Scudetto for only the third time in their history.Â
The player will be wearing the number 91 shirt at his new club, and will be hoping to secure a permanent transfer at the end of his loan spell to bring back some stability into his career.
