Gabriel Jesus to Arsenal is a done deal, and a recent tweet from Statman Dave has highlighted what the North London side will be getting in the Brazilian.

The striker has one of the best minutes per goal involvement ratio in the entire Premier League, including legendary players like Thierry Henry, Sergio Aguero and Robin Van Persie. During his time at Manchester City, he hasn’t been the out-and-out number one choice under Pep Guardiola, but has been able to deliver when called upon.

A lot of Gabriel Jesus’s appearances have been from the bench, but he has played 236 times for the Sky Blues, scoring 95 goals and providing 46 assists across all competitions.

🇦🇷 Sergio Aguero – 86.0
🇪🇬 Mohamed Salah – 92.4
🇳🇱 Robin van Persie – 102.1
🇺🇾 Luis Suarez – 104.1

The 25-year-old has registered a goal or assist every 107 minutes, while the list is topped by Thierry Henry – who has a goal involvement every 85.6 minutes following his legendary career with Arsenal. And now, the Brazilian is set to follow the icon and possibly become an heir to his throne.

Arsenal have agreed a transfer worth £45 million with Manchester City that will see him reunite with Mikel Arteta. The Spaniard was the former assistant coach at the Etihad Stadium, and has experience of working with Gabriel Jesus in the past as a result. Due to their familiarity with one another, there is reason to believe that he will slot in perfectly into the system.
