Lionel Messi is set to return to preseason training with Inter Miami after spending time in Argentina over the previous month. The forward will now appear for a number of medical tests before joining team training for the upcoming fixtures over January.
The upcoming year promises to be a huge one for Messi, since it will be his first full season away from Europe. Inter Miami have scheduled a number of mouth watering friendly matches to prepare for the new season, and it features a huge game against Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia.

Messi will also debut in the concachampions, facing the winner of the playoff between Nashville and Dominican Republic outfit Moca in the Round of 16.
