## 🗣️ What Is Frankly Speaking About?

**Song Ki Baek** (Go Kyung Pyo) is a 33-year-old broadcasting station announcer — the kind of man who’s built his entire career on being composed, polished, and diplomatically careful with every word. Then one day, something snaps. He loses all ability to filter himself and starts saying exactly what’s on his mind, every single time.

Enter **On Woo Joo** (Kang Han Na), a sharp and ambitious TV variety show writer who catches wind of Ki Baek’s new “condition” — and immediately wants him on her show. What starts as professional opportunism quickly turns into something neither of them planned for.

It’s a [romantic comedy](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romantic_comedy) with a genuinely clever premise: the most honest man in the room is also the most vulnerable, and honesty — as it turns out — might just be the most disarming thing in the world.

## 🎭 Cast Highlights

**Go Kyung Pyo** brings nuance and comedic timing to Ki Baek, having previously impressed in *D.P.* and *Private Lives* on Netflix. **Kang Han Na** is a natural scene-stealer, recognisable from *My Roommate Is a Gumiho* and *Start-Up*. **Joo Jong Hyul** rounds out the lead trio — fans will remember him fondly from *Extraordinary Attorney Woo* and *D.P. Season 1*.

The supporting cast is equally stacked, with **Lee Jin Hyuk** as Ki Baek’s brother and veteran actress **Baek Joo Hee** as Woo Joo’s adoptive mother adding warm depth to the show’s emotional core
