Nottingham Forest has locked in Chelsea forward Liam Delap for a club-record $68 million package. The deal, featuring a $61 million base fee plus add-ons, marks a massive statement of intent.

With medicals scheduled, Forest lands their primary attacking target to bolster their tactical setup. Chelsea pivots quickly, offloading the striker after just one season to streamline their squad.
