Foldable iPhones get a setback while folding your MacBook could be a possibility in future

The rollable and foldable market of the world has the likes of Samsung, Oppo, Xiaomi and a lot of Android smartphone manufacturers that are exploring this new market. However, as we already know, Apple is in no hurry to enter this market because as MacRumours says (via Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) analyst Ross Young), the Cupertino giant’s ambition to launch a new foldable iPhone could be delayed till 2025.

Yes, while you might have been hearing the rumours of Apple launching a new foldable possibly in 2023 or 2024, is now being reported that further delays are expected. By then, this foldable smartphone market will be the next big thing and Apple will have enough time to work with its supply chain and make a better product.

What seems more interesting to this report is that Apple seems too serious with the option for making foldable MacBooks instead. So, offering all-screen foldable notebooks is not a bad option either because this market has not been tested and if Apple’s true “Think Different” philosophy is to be believed, there’s a serious possibility of a next-gen MacBook.

Apple could make a 20-inch display that can be folded like a notebook and the estimated timeframe for launch is suspected to be beyond 2025. So, considering how good Apple’s in-house silicon is, pairing this with a foldable laptop that can be used with a full-size on-screen keyboard or used as a monitor with an external keyboard/mouse could be a serious possibility.

This market or say genre will be a completely new one and considering how good Apple’s iPads are if Apple is able to crack the code to make these foldable notebooks durable, cool and productive they can make a lot of money from this. This untested foldable MacBook with slim bezels and ProMotion quality display could be the next big for the tech world, what’s your thought? Let us know in the comments down below…😉
