AMD has recently added five new Radeon 6000M graphics cards to its existing lineup and in 2022, it aims to target more gamers with these new GPUs and its Radeon RX 6000S low TDP options. Among these GPUs, you have a new flagship AMD Radeon™ in RX 6850M XT that is 7% faster than the RX 6800M and is the best GPU AMD offers now in the lineup with increased clock speeds.
AMD promises to deliver epic 1440p gaming performance for next-gen premium laptops with the RX 6850M XT. While you have two new mid-range options in the form of AMD Radeon™ RX 6650M XT GPU and AMD Radeon™ RX 6650M based on RDNA2 and comes with 28 compute units and will be a competitor to the RTX 3060 laptop GPU with 8GB GDDR6 memory.

At the bottom of the stack, you have two Navi 24 based GPUs – the Radeon™ RX 6500M and the Radeon™ RX 6300M that are based on 6nm process, similar to the RX 6500 XT and RX 6400 desktop GPUs. So, two of these entry-level options will be reserved for entry-level or thin & light gaming laptops.
With AMD’s new Radeon Super Resolution, gamers can enjoy extra frame boot in a lot of new games and as the library expands more, you can take care of them too without any issues at all. So, these new Radeon RX 6000M Series GPUs also shows a lot of promise and will be interesting to how they perform in the real-world.
