Oppo is preparing to launch its second tablet in the Indian market, the brand has provided a first look at the tablet, well technically it has been leaked ahead of its scheduled launch in the Chinese market on the 23rd of March. The Chinese smartphone maker had launched the Oppo Pad in the market before, however, this tablet was not unveiled in India. It was available only in China.

Oppo Pad Air detailed specifications:

The tablet market in India has been getting heated more recently, top brands such as Xiaomi, Motorola, Samsung, and Realme have all stepped into this space to grab their own market share. All of them have priced their tablets in the mid-range segment but none of them have been able to catch up to the popularity of Apple’s iPad.

Android tablets are an excellent substitute for iPads as they are affordable in nature. Coming to the Oppo Pad Air, tipster Mukul Sharma leaked the renders of the tablet along with its specifications as well. The tablet features a single shooter on the rear. The back panel has a unique textured panel that stands out from other tabs.

It has a 10.36″ LCD display panel with a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels and a refresh rate of 60Hz. The tablet is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 chipset which has been paired with 4GB and 6GB RAM options. It comes in 64GB and 128GB storage variants.

The tablet is relatively thin as it measures only 6.94mm thick and it is juiced by a 7,100mAh battery with support for 18W charging. The pricing of the tablet is not yet revealed, however, it is likely to retail at around Yuan 1,000 in China.
