Team Of The Year (TOTY) is a yearly event on each FIFA versions. The TOTY event is targeted on the best players in the 12 months of a calendar year. So this year as well, EA Sports is coming up with the TOTY event on FIFA 21.
FIFA have now confirmed in the game that the TOTY event is coming on the FIFA 21 Ultimate Team on Friday, 22nd January. So as we’re just 1 day away from one of the biggest event in each year’s FIFA, we take a look at what this year’s TOTY event promises.
70 players were nominated for the final Team Of The Year. Everyone from across the world voted for the final TOTY XI, which will be released tomorrow.
FIFA had already announced the FIFA FIFPro World XI for 2020 at the Best FIFA Awards 2020, while UEFA has also announced the Men’s Team Of The Year 2020 recently. The majority of the players will remain the same but it is expected that there will be few changes as well.

The player cards which are released during this event remains one of the highest-rated cards throughout the FIFA season, which makes the TOTY event of such importance.
All the FIFA players are eagerly waiting to get their hands on the TOTY players. The final TOTY XI will be released in batches after the event starts on 22nd January before the entire squad will be available in the final phase.
