Shortly after the announcement of Messi leaving Barcelona, the Argentine footballer has now been removed from the section of the club’s website. Recently, it has been officially confirmed that Messi will not be able to continue at the Camp Nou as he cannot be registered as a Barca player due to LaLiga’s financial rule.

Although Messi’s contract ended last month, everyone was confident that they would renew the Argentine’s contract soon. The attacker was still featured in this section on the forwards’ list which has now changed abruptly minutes after the news of the farewell was known.

There are now only six footballers listed on the club’s official website as strikers are Griezmann, Braithwaite, Dembélé, Ansu Fati, Agüero and Memphis. Yes, Lionel Messi is no longer a part of FC Barcelona’s club and even though how hard it is to digest the fact but nothing can bring Messi back to play at the Camp Nou.

Much like the same way that his name has disappeared from the list of the squad, also, in the official online store, his famous Number 10 jersey is still on sale for the next season, however, how much painful it is to believe so but Messi will no longer be a Blaugrana anymore.
