Lionel Messi is on the verge of leaving the club and it has been confirmed that with a burofax the Argentine has communicated to the club that he wants to leave the club.

This news has flooded through the entire Spanish media and it is a confirmed news of his exit application. Already there have been a lot of rumors about leaving the club and it seems this has come out to be true.

Now, it’s been reported that there has been an emergency meeting at the club and major decisions have been taken already.

The Barcelona fans have gathered around Camp Nou to protest against Bartomeu and calling him to resign. They have been shocked by the news of Messi leaving the club. So they want Bartomeu to resign instead.

The current FC Barcelona CEO Oscar Grau has been spotted outside the Camp Nou offices after the emergency meeting that took place at night with Messi’s decision. A video has been leaked showing how fans are angry against the board and the people who are running it.

The situation at the club is a massacre now and even though the board will get diluted it will be interesting to see if actually, this can change Messi’s mind or not.
