Every K-drama fan has fantasized about meeting their bias — but *My Bias, My Boss* takes it one step further and throws in a CEO love triangle too. tvN’s new webtoon-based romantic comedy premieres tonight, and it’s already shaping up to be one of the season’s most talked-about debuts.

The story follows Nam Da Reum (Kim Hye Jun), a devoted fan who lands a job at a fashion startup just to work alongside her idol bias, Lee Chan (Cha Woo Min) — only to get tangled up with the company’s CEO, Kang Ha Gi (Kang Hoon), instead.

## 3 Reasons To Tune In Tonight

| Reason | Why It Matters |
| --- | --- |
| A genuine love triangle | Two leading men, Kang Ha Gi and Lee Chan, both fall for Nam Da Reum without realizing it — one is workplace-smooth but romance-clumsy, the other has never known real love despite being adored by fans |
| First-ever rom-com for the trio | Kang Hoon, Kim Hye Jun, and Cha Woo Min are all stepping into romantic comedy for the first time, backed by scene-stealing support from [ITZY](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Itzy)‘s Yuna, former OH MY GIRL member Gong Jiho, and Kim Ah Young |
| A real growth story | Nam Da Reum turns down a big corporate job to chase her dream as a fashion marketer, choosing her own path over others’ expectations — a message that resonates with young viewers |

What makes the premise land isn’t just the romance — it’s watching a superfan grow into someone who trusts her own judgment over outside validation, giving the show emotional weight beneath the rom-com fun.

*My Bias, My Boss* premieres **August 3 at 8:50 p.m. KST**, streaming on Viki.
