The dinosaurs are back! The entire **Jurassic World** franchise is roaring onto Netflix this month, including the streaming debut of the latest blockbuster, *Jurassic World: Rebirth*. It’s the ultimate dino-binge for fans worldwide.

| **Movie Title** | **Netflix Release** | **Director** | **Stars** |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Rebirth | Feb 28, 2026 | Gareth Edwards | Johansson, Ali |
| Jurassic World | Mar 1, 2026 | Colin Trevorrow | Pratt, Howard |
| Fallen Kingdom | Mar 1, 2026 | J.A. Bayona | Pratt, Howard |
| Dominion | Mar 2, 2026 | Colin Trevorrow | Pratt, Howard, Neill |

## What’s Jurassic World: Rebirth About?

The franchise’s newest entry takes a darker, tactical approach. Set five years after *Dominion*, covert ops expert **Zora Bennett** (Scarlett Johansson) leads a team into Earth’s last dinosaur sanctuary to secure genetic material that could cure a global pandemic.

The mission goes sideways when they encounter a shipwrecked family. Directed by **Gareth Edwards** (Rogue One, Godzilla), *Rebirth* reboots the universe with fresh faces and heightened intensity.

The film arrives via [Universal’s Pay-1 window deal](https://www.whats-on-netflix.com/news/universal-pictures-live-action-first-window-deal-with-netflix-begins-a-year-early/), which began earlier than expected.

## The Complete Trilogy Marathon

**Jurassic World (2015)** realized John Hammond’s dream: a fully operational dinosaur theme park—until the Indominus Rex escapes and terrorizes 20,000 visitors.

**Fallen Kingdom (2018)** took a gothic horror turn. Owen and Claire return to save dinosaurs from an erupting volcano, only to discover a sinister auction selling prehistoric beasts, including the terrifying Indoraptor.

**Dominion (2022)** delivered the franchise’s “Avengers moment,” uniting the original *Jurassic Park* trio (Neill, Dern, Goldblum) with the *World* crew to stop a biotech corporation threatening global food supply.

## Beyond Movies: Netflix’s Jurassic Empire

Netflix exclusively hosts animated series *Camp Cretaceous* and *Chaos Theory* (which wrapped in late 2025), providing essential expanded universe context.

This licensing deal positions [Netflix as the franchise destination](https://technosports.co.in/netflix-universal-deal-2026). Similar to [other major acquisitions](https://technosports.co.in/netflix-blockbuster-movies-2026), this demonstrates Netflix’s commitment to securing high-profile content.

## Why This Matters

Universal’s early Pay-1 window represents a shift in [streaming distribution strategy](https://technosports.co.in/streaming-distribution-trends). Blockbusters now reach streaming audiences faster, benefiting studios and platforms alike.

For viewers, it means convenient franchise access without juggling multiple services—addressing a major frustration in today’s fragmented streaming landscape.
