Everton Stadium Pictures Released: Everton have released stunning pictures of their new stadium currently under construction at the Bramley Moore Dock. The Toffees are planning to move away from Goodison Park at the start of next season, which is when the new stadium is set to be completed. The new stadium will be surrounded by water on two sides, while the remainder will face the cityside. The capacity is a reported 52,888 which is an upgrade over Goodison Park’s current 39,572. However, the stadium is historic in terms of hosting the most English top flight games in the history of the league.
Everton’s on-pitch woes have been made worse by financial mismanagement and debt over the last few years. They have survived relegation by the skin of their teeth in the last couple of seasons and will have to do the same to avoid missing out on a significant portion of their revenue.
