Erling Haaland continued his outrageous scoring streak as Manchester City picked up a 3-0 win against 10-men Wolves. The Norwegian scored from outside the box after a year, and in the process, set a bunch of records.

The striker is now the first player in Premier League history to score in all his first four away games. And by the looks of things, he is not done by a long shot. The strike against Wolves was the 11th Premier League goal for Haaland. With the pace he is going at, he will be breaking the record for the most scored in one season long before the end.

Across all competitions, Erling Haaland has scored 14 goals in 10 games for City. He has also become the fastest to score 25 goals in the Champions League with his sensational goal against Borussia Dortmund.

In his last 99 competitive appearances, he has scored 100 goals, leaving little room for debate when it comes to being the best number 9 in the world. And on top of it all, he is only 22 years old, which means that by the end of it, he might just leave Messi and Ronaldo’s figures behind.

What a signing he has been for Pep Guardiola, and there seems little opposition defenders can do to stop him.
