In a recent news we have heard that Embracer Group and Saber Interactive have officially signed a parting deal. Now they have officially parted their ways and separated, as a group of private investors have purchased the game developer in a deal valued at nearly $247 million.

Well, that’s a pretty sum of money, we can say for sure, now the question is what Embracer Group and Saber Interactive have. Now, Saber Interactive will be taking over the 3D Realms and other studios. On the other hand, Embracer Group will continue to publish the Metro games.

In addition to this, the Embracer said that it would cease all operations in Russia. This deal between Embracer Group and Samber Interactive will surely have various forthcoming impacts on both parties involved and their products.

Saber Interactive will remain in control of its several studios, and the Embracer group will keep the rest. Studios like 3D Realms, Nimble Giant, and Sandbox Strategies with other studios will be with Saber Interactive.

On the other hand, Embracer Group will have studios like Beamdog, and Aspyr. Embracer Group and Samber Interactive will keep their share of the deal.

Talking about the games of these two companies, reportedly Embracer will keep the publishing rights of 14 games that are currently in development at Saber. Also, there are two joint products with Beacon Interactive, and Embracer will have the publishing rights to them as well.

We can say that this scenario was somewhat seen by some individuals after Embracer began its massive buying spree. As a result, it has to start huge cost-cutting procedures and now we have this deal.
