OFFICIAL: East Bengal signs 24-year-old Australian midfielder Jordan O’Doherty

East Bengal took some time to sort out their investor problems and finally signed a deal with Emami. Following the completion of the deal with Emami, East Bengal has been very active in the transfer market.

After finishing at the bottom of the ISL table, East Bengal hopes to make amends to their mistakes and have appointed former Indian coach Stephen Constantine and have signed many talented footballers as well.

  2. Ivan Gonzalez
  3. Alex Lima
  4. Cleiton silva
  5. Eliandro

Now, East Bengal have signed their 6th foreigner. The Kolkata club has signed 24-year-old Australian midfielder Jordan O’Doherty. He last played for Newcastle Jets in the A-League in the 2021-22 season. He has also played for the U-23 Australian national team.

The transfer news has been confirmed by Indian football transfer journalist Marcus Megulhao, East Bengal coach Stephen Constantine and the player bio has also been updated on Wikipedia.
