Recently, it has been officially announced that EA Sports and FIFA will not continue their partnership after the release of the recent game instalment, [FIFA 23](https://amzn.to/3nPm84J). Consequently, [FIFA 23](https://amzn.to/3nPm84J) will be the final game released by EA Sports under the FIFA brand. Although the agreement between the two companies was extended to include the World Cup in FIFA 23, it is going to be the last game of the franchise to be launched. As of July 2023, EA Sports FC will be introduced to replace the football-based video game.
