## Cheapest Solution Breakdown

### Task 1: Brazilian Connection

- **Cheaper Brazilian TOTS**: Look for TOTS Honourable Mentions cards
- **Brazilian Special Cards**: FUT Birthday or Shapeshifters alternatives
- **Regular Brazilian Players**: Fill remaining spots with standard cards

### Task 2: TOTS Requirements

Min. 1 Players: TOTS Honourable Mentions OR TOTS Highlights OR TEAM OF THE SEASON. Optimal choices include:

- **TOTS Honourable Mentions**: Most affordable special cards
- **Lower-rated TOTS**: 84-86 rated cards offer best value
- **Position flexibility**: Choose cards that fit multiple formations

### Budget-Friendly Formation Strategy

The recommended formation for cost efficiency is **4-3-3 (4)** or **4-5-1**, allowing for:

- Mixed league players to reduce chemistry costs
- Flexible positioning for special cards
- Lower-rated players in non-essential positions
