TOTY celebrates the best footballers from the past year with exclusive, high-rated cards that dominate FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT). So after TOTY, if you’re looking to pack some ICONS then the 88+ Mixed Icons Player Pick SBC is a good choice. I did the SBC twice and will share the results here.

EA FC25: How to do the 88+ Mixed Icons Player Pick SBC?

EA Sports have now introduced a new SBC for the 88+ Mixed Icons Player Pick SBC. It requires 3 squads. As the name suggests you will get a 1 of 3 Base, Centurions, Thunderstruck or Winter Wildcards Icon Player Items, rated 88 or higher.

Team 1: 86-rated squad

• Squad Rating: Min 86
• TOTW players: Min 1
• No of players in the Squad: 11

Team 2: 87-rated squad

• Squad Rating: Min 87
• TOTW players: Min 1
• No of players in the Squad: 11

Team 3: 89-rated squad

• Squad Rating: Min 89
• No of players in the Squad: 11

End Date: 9th February 2025
Repeatable: Yes
Estimated price: 400,000 FC coins

Is it worth doing the SBC?

I did the 88+ Mixed Icons Player Pick SBC twice and got 90-rated ST Raul and 91-rated CM Xavi. This pack does not guarantee a good Icon every time you do it but it’s a gamble you should take as the fodder price is at an all time low.
