Dying Light Marks 10th Anniversary with Special Events and Bundle

Techland just celebrated the 10th Anniversary event for Dying Light during it they announced big plans for 2025. The company stated that it will be reintroducing multiple events over the year for each of the Dying Light titles, taking a look back at important components that made both games successful. Another Dying Light: The Beast trailer was also showcased, which is scheduled for release in Summer 2025.

Techland also announced a series of transmedia and rebranding projects for the franchise. Returning in hot for Dying Light 2: Stay Human is none other than the original soundtrack composer, Paweł Błaszczak, who has whipped up a special track just for the occasion. To commemorate the 10th Anniversary, Techland has released a limited-time bundle featuring exclusive items. With a dazzling golden look that mirrors the player’s achievements in-game, the bundle includes the Hotshot Outfit, Dawnbreaker shotgun, Sunburst revolver, and Golden Idol machete.

Also included in the bundle is a Golden Hour buggy paint job, representing the player’s position as a beacon of hope in Harran and a potent force to be reckoned with against enemies. In Dying Light, players avoid life and death in a city devastated by a zombie virus. The secret mission forces them to take difficult actions as they grapple with whether loyalty to their commanding officers is more important than saving the survivors.

The city is vast with so much freedom as players can use parkour to climb buildings and venture into the wild. Combat is intense, with a variety of weapons and abilities at your disposal to take down enemies. As day turns to night, the atmosphere shifts dramatically, and players must choose whether to face the increasing threat or escape.
