Paulo Dybala was poised to continue at Juventus for another season, but the Argentinian has changed his mind and now prefers to go on. He joins the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Paul Pogba, who will be free agents in the summer of 2022, allowing them to sign with a new team during this month.

Dybala has decided not to stay at Juventus after the club amended certain criteria in his new contract offer, resulting in a complete breakdown in negotiations, according to Argentinian news outlet TyC Sports.

Moving Towards Premier League

Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing the Juventus No.10, which has been linked with a move to the Premier League. Given that Dybala will be able to depart on a free transfer, many more clubs in England and Europe will be interested in bringing the attacker to their respective clubs.

Dybala’s next challenge will have to be carefully thought out and match his needs in terms of his role in the squad as well as the contract he is currently under. One thing is certain: clubs interested in signing Dybala will have to act quickly since players of Dybala’s caliber and experience do not come available regularly.

Juventus Losing Players

Juventus were eager to go to any length to ensure that Dybala did not follow Cristiano Ronaldo out the door after he departed Turin for Manchester last summer. Despite this, they appear to have failed to persuade him to stay. Juventus is currently in fifth place in Serie A and will face Villarreal in the Champions League last 16.

The news of Dybala’s departure will do little to comfort Bianconeri fans that the club is on the right track to reclaiming the Scudetto after Inter won it last season.
