DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations is gearing up to expand its drone manufacturing operations

DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations, an integrated drone ecosystem start-up based in Pune, has successfully completed the pilot stage of drone manufacturing and plans to begin commercial production, assembly, and export of drones and related products in partnership with GridBots Technologies from its Pune unit in June 2023.

The company has also expanded to Thailand through a partnership with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and is targeting Southeast Asian markets for future opportunities.

DroneAcharya has completed numerous drone surveying and data processing projects and established offices in the USA, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The company aims to become a global enterprise and has announced plans to enter Qatar, the Netherlands, Malaysia, and North Africa. DroneAcharya has signed an MoU with Savitribai Phule Pune University to establish a Drone Centre of Excellence and offer drone training and research and development activities.

DroneAcharya has completed over 300 DGCA drone pilot training programs and educated over 5,000 students. The company also offers drone-based crop health analysis, archaeological site surveying, solar panel inspection, and urban planning services.

DroneAcharya has introduced a franchise model for setting up DGCA-certified drone pilot training organizations and is expected to launch its first batch by the end of April or the start of May. Prateek Srivastava, Founder & Managing Director, anticipates strong financial performance for FY2023, potentially resulting in a year-on-year revenue growth of over 400%.
