Just when Woo Soo-bin and Joo Yi-jae started letting their guard down, “Dream to You” is bringing the past crashing back in. Episodes 5 and 6 arrive this week, and the preview suggests things are about to get emotionally messy in the best way.

## Where the Story Stands

“Dream to You” follows Woo Soo-bin (Hwang In-youp) and Joo Yi-jae (Lee Hyeri), childhood first loves who reconnect years later after Soo-bin’s return to Korea. What started as reluctant collaboration on a film script has slowly turned into something neither of them can quite ignore, even as old wounds keep resurfacing.

The most recent episode ended on a charged note — a kiss between the two leads that’s left Yi-jae flustered and scrambling to explain her own impulsive move, while Soo-bin remains quietly thrilled about it. That tension is expected to carry straight into the next two episodes.

## What Episodes 5 and 6 Bring

According to the preview, the emotional and physical distance between Soo-bin and Yi-jae continues narrowing as they keep working on the script together. Meanwhile, side plots are heating up too — Sim Yu-geon steps in to defend and comfort Oh Ha-na after she becomes the target of unkind remarks, while Seo In-guk and Chae Sa-rang’s relationship takes a notably intimate turn after a date. On a darker note, hints continue building around Soo-bin’s father, whose return appears to be stirring up abuse and turmoil at home — a thread likely to reveal more about Soo-bin’s past.
