Youssoufa Moukoko is all set to join OGC Nice from Borussia Dortmund on a loan deal. The player has given the green light to the transfer, and the two clubs have an agreement in place for the move to go through.
The young striker will travel to France in the coming days for his medical tests, and will then be announced as a new signing for the club. The deal will include a non-mandatory buy option in the region of €12 million.

The 19-year-old was hyped up for success early on, having been unstoppable at the youth level. But in spite of showcasing moments of brilliance early on in his career with the senior team, Moukoko wasn’t trusted as the first-choice striker at the club.
Moreover, comments from his agent also accelerated his departure from the club. And now, it seems like he is set to join the French club in a bid to take the next step in his career.
It’ll be interesting to see if the teenager can fulfill the potential he once showed as a youth player at Dortmund. He surely has time on his side, and regular playing time could help elevate him further.
