With the finale just four episodes away, **Doctor Shin** is turning up the heat — and one karaoke scene is breaking the internet for all the right reasons.

### What’s Happening in Episode 13?

[Doctor Shin](https://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medical_thriller), the gripping Korean medical thriller about a genius doctor who defies the limits of medicine, just dropped new stills — and they’re intense.

In Episode 13 (airing **April 25 at 10:30 PM KST**), Momo (played by Baek Seo Ra) hijacks the spotlight with a bold, energetic karaoke performance — dancing, singing, and completely owning the room. But the real drama? Geum Ba Ra (Joo Se Bin) watching from the sidelines, visibly stiffening, as if she’s just seen a ghost.

| Character | Played By | Latest Development |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Shin Joo Shin | Jung E Chan | Proposed to Geum Ba Ra |
| Geum Ba Ra | Joo Se Bin | Shaken by Momo’s performance |
| Ha Yong Joong | An Woo Yeon | Proposed to Momo |
| Momo / Kim Jin Joo | Baek Seo Ra | Plotting revenge before wedding |

### The Scene Everyone’s Talking About

This isn’t just a fun karaoke moment — it’s a masterclass in contrast. Momo fluidly channels **Kim Jin Joo’s desire-driven, revenge-fueled persona**, while Geum Ba Ra’s restrained, haunted expression tells a story without a single word. Two women, two emotional worlds, one explosive scene.

The production team teased: *“A key point will be how far Momo — now embodying Kim Jin Joo — will go in her revenge as she approaches her wedding with Ha Yong Joong.”*

If you’ve been following the show, you know this four-way romance is about to hit its most intense peak yet.

### Why Fans Can’t Stop Watching

Baek Seo Ra’s dual-personality performance has been one of the **standout acting moments of 2026 K-drama season**. The way she switches between Momo’s innocence and Kim Jin Joo’s cunning is genuinely spine-chilling — and Joo Se Bin’s reactive acting matches every beat perfectly.
