#DiwaliWaliSafai: Panasonic India’s Eco-Friendly E-Waste Drive This Diwali – Join the Movement!

Panasonic India’s #DiwaliWaliSafai:: With Diwali just around the corner, it’s that time of year when we all gear up for celebrations, home cleaning, and of course, some festive shopping. While deep cleaning your home, you’re bound to come across a pile of old electronics and gadgets – yes, the dreaded e-waste! This year, let’s make an eco-friendly choice and ensure proper disposal of our e-waste.

In the spirit of a cleaner, greener Diwali, Panasonic India is back with its #DiwaliWaliSafai campaign, a nationwide initiative aimed at supporting your e-waste disposal efforts. Not only does this initiative encourage responsible disposal of e-waste, but Panasonic has also added an exciting contest for you to participate in on their social media platforms.

How to Participate in Panasonic’s #DiwaliWaliSafai Campaign:

1. Visit Panasonic’s Authorized Website: Head over to Panasonic’s Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website to learn about the campaign details and the e-waste drop-off locations.

2. Follow and Tag Panasonic India on Social Media: Follow Panasonic India’s official accounts on:

• X (formerly Twitter)

• Facebook

• Instagram

• LinkedIn

Don’t forget to tag them in your post!

3. Share Your E-Waste Story: Take a selfie with the old appliance or e-waste you plan to dispose of and share it in the comments section of Panasonic’s social media post (X, Facebook, LinkedIn), or send it via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram. Be sure to include the hashtag #DiwaliWaliSafai.

4. Tag Your Friends: Tag at least three friends and encourage them to join the campaign and make their own contributions to the cause.

5. Coordinate for a Home Pick-Up: If you’re giving away large appliances like TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, or microwave ovens, Panasonic will arrange for a home pick-up between 10 am and 6 pm until November 30, 2024. For smaller e-waste like smartphones, chargers, laptops, batteries, drop them off at Panasonic’s Authorized Service Centres.

6. Win Exciting Prizes: By participating, you’re not only doing your part for the environment, but you also stand a chance to win exciting Panasonic products! (T&Cs apply).

Why Join the #DiwaliWaliSafai Campaign?

Contribute to Sustainability: E-waste, if not properly disposed of, can harm the environment. By recycling old electronics, you’re ensuring that these items are processed in an eco-friendly way.

Inspire Others: Lead by example! By joining the campaign and tagging your friends, you’re inspiring others to make conscious, eco-friendly decisions this festive season.

Chance to Win: Who doesn’t love a chance to win free products, especially when you’re doing something great for the environment?

Celebrate Diwali with a Purpose

This Diwali, let’s come together not just to celebrate with lights, sweets, and gifts, but also to take a moment to care for our environment. With the #DiwaliWaliSafai campaign, you have the perfect opportunity to declutter your home, dispose of e-waste responsibly, and set an example for others. Together, we can ensure a cleaner, greener Diwali for all.
