Jeffery passed away on **September 1, 2026**, according to a statement issued the following day by **Alexanders Talent Management**, the agency that had represented her since she was a child. Her death was also confirmed through her official social media account.

### A Career That Began in Childhood

Born and raised in **Houston, Texas**, Jeffery entered the entertainment industry at a remarkably young age. Her first major film appearance came when she was just 12 years old, in the 2006 comedy *Phat Girlz*, starring Mo’Nique.

Jeffery played a younger version of Mo’Nique’s character, marking the beginning of a career that would eventually include film, television and voice work.
