If you’ve been following *The 50* closely, you already know how much the house missed Digvijay Rathee. After being away for a short period due to an eye infection, Digvijay finally made his much-awaited return to the show — and his comeback created a genuinely cheerful moment inside the palace, with several contestants openly expressing how happy they were to see him back in the game. ## The Return That Shifted Everything

Digvijay’s temporary exit had raised real concerns among viewers, who were unsure if he would be able to resume his journey at all. His re-entry happened during a task announcement made by The Lion, where four pairs — Manisha & Archana, Shiny & Vanshaj, Lovekesh & Lakshay, and Arushi & Natalia — were called forward for a challenge called the Lion Crazy Game. [OpIndia](https://www.opindia.com/news-updates/west-bengal-mamata-bengal-govt-launches-emergency-helpdesk-yuva-sathi-scheme-payouts/) Digvijay’s arrival was perfectly timed to shake up the dynamics.

Digvijay described his own transformation best — he once called himself “fearless but reactive” during Roadies, but says he has now become calmer, more conscious, and far more controlled, while the fire inside him remains very much alive. That maturity showed on Day 17 when, despite heated tension with Archana, Digvijay politely asked her not to touch him — staying restrained and dignified in a house full of emotional outbursts. His re-entry is also expected to revive his unresolved conflict with Rajat, who he clashed with repeatedly over task strategies and leadership roles — a rivalry that had already divided the house into factions.
