Let’s start with our new partners in crime, the Familiars. These faithful little allies are all set to join you on your journey through Sanctuary, and they’re not just there for moral support. They’re bringing along a bunch of bonuses and utilities to help you in your quest, and Splintered Souls is set to introduce eight of these handy sidekicks. We’re giving you a sneak peek at five of them right here, so get ready to meet your new best friends!
Next up, we’re taking a trip to the Southern Dreadlands. This once idyllic location has been transformed into an apocalyptic wasteland thanks to Tyrael’s destruction of the corrupted worldstone. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will take you from the growing Gray Wards encampment to the depths of Staalbreak and the ravines formed by the destruction of Mount Arreat. It sounds like quite an adventure, doesn’t it?
But that’s not all! Prepare to defend the wilds of the Dreadlands in the tower defence-style zone event, Sentinel’s Stand. Can you hold the line and protect the land from the forces of evil?
And finally, for those of you who love a good boss fight, Splintered Souls is introducing a whopping five new Helliquary Bosses. These formidable foes can be found across three new Inferno Difficulties: IV, V, and VI. To unlock Inferno Difficulty IV, you’ll need to defeat Saarodan, Sky-Sunderer on Inferno Difficulty III and reach at least Paragon Level 1100. Do you have what it takes?
