There have been reports by the players that they have noticed a banner on the game’s login screen. Earlier, the banner was about “Season of Blood Ends January 23, 2024. Now, it is, “Next Season Begins January 23, 2024.”.
This means that the seasons are apparently changing over immediately, and Season 3 is just releasing soon. This marks a change in the release pattern of Blizzard for the first time.
Earlier, it used to announce its upcoming seasons months before the actual release date. However, now as you can see in the case of the Diablo 4 release date, the time left is very little. It is announced just before less than two weeks, and in terms of business days, it is fewer.
