Aditya Dhar sure knows how to stage a spectacle — and what better day to unveil it than Ranveer Singh’s 40th birthday? In a move that left fans buzzing, the makers dropped the much-anticipated ‘Dhurandhar’ first look, revealing the Bollywood powerhouse in a brooding, blood-soaked avatar.

With whispers of the film being inspired by real-life super spy Ajit Doval, this surprise birthday reveal has set the tone for what could be one of the year’s most explosive cinematic experiences.

## A Birthday Surprise Like No Other

The build-up to the big reveal was as cryptic as it was calculated. A day before the first look release, Ranveer wiped clean his [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/ranveersingh)feed and removed his display picture.

He followed it up with a mysterious Instagram Story displaying only “12:12.” That exact time — **12:12 PM on his birthday** — marked the grand unveiling of *Dhurandhar*’s first look video.

## First Glimpse: Raw, Rugged, Relentless

The **Dhurandhar first look** clip opens with a hauntingly lit corridor. A voiceover sets the stage: there’s chaos brewing. Suddenly, a rugged figure emerges from the shadows — it’s Ranveer Singh, battered, bloodied, and blazing with intensity. With long locks, a thick beard, and a cigarette lit with flair, his character exudes both menace and magnetism.
