The CBFC has approved a runtime of 232 minutes for *Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge*, awarding it an A-rated certificate — making it strictly for adult audiences. That’s bold, and honestly, fitting for the kind of raw, high-stakes spy action Aditya Dhar delivers.

This makes the film the **seventh longest Indian feature film of all time**, sitting behind legendary titles like *Tamas* (298 min), *LOC: Kargil* (255 min), *Mera Naam Joker* (248 min), *Sangam* (238 min), and *Lagaan* (233 min).

The first film, *Dhurandhar* (2025), already set a benchmark. It grossed over ₹1,349 crore worldwide, making it the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025 and the second highest-grossing Hindi film of all time. ## Advance Booking Is Absolutely Insane

The hype isn’t just talk. *Dhurandhar 2* has already crossed ₹100 crore in worldwide advance bookings, with the figure likely to hit ₹150 crore — and possibly ₹200 crore — before release.

In national chains alone, the film has sold around 5.80 lakh tickets for Day 1, including previews — putting it in the conversation for the biggest Bollywood advances ever recorded.

> For context, *Pathaan* held the record with 5.45 lakh tickets in national chains for opening day — Dhurandhar 2 is breathing down its neck.
