In his early years representing India, Dhoni sported long hair. However, after his triumph in the inaugural ICC T20 World Cup in 2007, he changed his hairstyle. Currently, he has once again adopted long hair but with a unique style.
Surprisingly, Aalim Hakim revealed that the idea for this hairstyle originated from fan art that both he and MSD found impressive. Hakim suggested to Mahi that he should let his hair grow freely without any trimming until it reached a certain length.
